1. Acceptance of These Terms

4. Customer Representations and Responsibilities

By placing an order, you represent and agree that:

• You understand the research-use-only nature of every product;
• You possess the knowledge, facilities, equipment, procedures, and training necessary to handle research compounds responsibly;
• You understand appropriate storage, handling, safety, documentation, and disposal procedures;
• You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, institutional rules, and laboratory standards;
• You will not use, transfer, distribute, or market any product for an unauthorized purpose;
• The information you provide to Kaizen Bio Lab is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

5. Account Registration and Security

Certain Site features may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update that information when necessary.

You are responsible for safeguarding your username, password, account information, and authentication credentials. You are also responsible for activity conducted through your account.

7. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete order total before submitting payment.

Kaizen Bio Lab may correct pricing, inventory, tax, discount, or checkout errors and may cancel an affected order where necessary.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping methods, rates, service areas, estimated transit times, tracking practices, address requirements, and shipment-claim procedures are described in the Kaizen Bio Lab Shipping Policy.

Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates. They may be affected by payment review, inventory availability, order volume, carrier operations, weather, holidays, destination conditions, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address.

9. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Due to the sensitive nature of research-use-only materials and their controlled handling requirements, sales are generally final after an order has entered processing, preparation, packing, fulfillment, or shipping.

Cancellation eligibility, damaged-shipment claims, missing-item reports, incorrect-order concerns, returns, replacements, and any approved refunds are governed by the Kaizen Bio Lab Refunds & Returns Policy.

10. Product Information

Kaizen Bio Lab makes reasonable efforts to present accurate product names, stated strengths, quantities, descriptions, images, specifications, availability, storage notices, and research information.

Information may be corrected, updated, revised, removed, or replaced without prior notice.

Product images are provided for presentation purposes. Packaging, label placement, cap colour, vial appearance, and other non-functional details may vary.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product title, stated strength, quantity, documentation, disclaimers, and order details before completing a purchase.

11. Certificates and Laboratory Documentation

Certificates of Analysis, testing reports, batch information, lot references, and third-party laboratory documentation may be provided for research-reference and informational purposes where available.

Laboratory documentation may relate to a particular sample, batch, lot, production run, or testing date and should not be interpreted as an indefinite guarantee applying to every current or future product.

Kaizen Bio Lab may update, archive, replace, correct, or remove documentation when batches, reports, products, or laboratory information change.

12. Prohibited Site Activities

You must not:

• Upload malware, harmful code, automated attacks, or malicious scripts;

15. Regulatory Disclaimer

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except where expressly stated and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site, its content, and the products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
