How the calculator works

Concentration is calculated by dividing the compound amount in the vial by the volume of bacteriostatic water. The selected dose is then divided by that concentration to determine the volume required.

A U-100 syringe has 100 international units per 1 mL, so the calculated volume is multiplied by 100 to show the corresponding syringe mark.
